Curtain Call Color Challenge: Act 17

At first I thought the Color Challenge over at Stacey's Stampin' Stage might prove to be a bit difficult for me this week as the colors were some that I had never used together before.
As it turns out, this was the easiest card I have done yet!
I have a dear friend who recently lost her beloved pet of 14 years and, though we have spoken many times on the phone since, I wanted to send her a card to let her know I am thinking of her.
I wasn't sure how one sends sympathy for the loss of a dog, so I opted to take this approach:
This was a fun card to do - a little non-traditional and off the beaten path for me. Definitely not your standard sympathy card but, hey, I am not your standard friend either!
Supplies used:
Stamps: SU Sage Advice
Paper: SU Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, So Saffron, Going Gray and Very Vanilla CS
Ink: SU Chocolate Chip
Other: SU Button Latte buttons, hemp thread, Cuttlebug embossing folder Spots n Dots, Vanilla sheer ribbon.
